Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on April 2.
Join us April 17th, for the Chamber’s April Contact Breakfast featuring SUNY New Paltz President, Dr. Donald Christian. The event, sponsored by Greystone Programs, Inc., will be held in the Conference Center of the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel at 7:30 AM.
Chamber members and guests will need to pre-register for the April Contact Breakfast by visiting dcrcoc.org or calling 845.454.1700 x 1000. Tickets are $25 for members and $35 for non-members.
Donald P. Christian was appointed the eighth President at the State University of New York at New Paltz in June 2011. As President, Christian is responsible for all aspects of campus academic and administrative operations, including education, research, faculty recruitment, and development. The president represents the campus’ interests, within the SUNY System, with local, state, and federally-elected officials, and surrounding communities. He leads and supports many aspects of the College’s role in SUNY and New York State economic development initiatives.
