Cost of college went up for all students at Machzikei Hadath Rabbinical College


Tuition and fees rose 1.8 percent for 2018-19 at Machzikei Hadath Rabbinical College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $11,500 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $200 more than the $11,300 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 98 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 41 students received grants or scholarships totaling $446,610.

Including all undergraduates (149), 140 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.5 million.
